Nestled within the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina near Asheville, lies an area that cherishes historical preservation, folklore as well as conservation of it's forests and streams. I had a story about my father’s military service in France in World War I that was based on a box of 100-year-old letters he wrote to family. I wanted a video made of the story being told with his helmet and a picture of him in uniform as visuals. One Life, One Legacy® Films was recommended for the job.
They liked the story and immersed themselves in research. To my amazement, they produced a full scale documentary that brought both my father and World War I vividly alive with an incredible use of visuals and sound effects from an extensive set of highly respected sources. Viewers are often deeply moved by this almost firsthand experience of what our nation went through 100 years ago in “making the world safe for democracy.” Our family is thrilled to have this very special record of this significant part of our family’s history preserved for generations to come. We are deeply appreciative of the artistic talents and souls that we discovered, here. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to bring their stories to vital life.
